healthy food for children

Snacks are packed with interesting colors and cute pictures of course is one strategy to attract children to buy the product. However, do not worry there is another ploy to get children to choose healthy foods.

1. Make yourself as an example
Children tend to take example from their parents. So, make yourself as a person who likes healthy food. Show your child how to choose foods, eat at the dinner table, and never skip meals.

2. Involve children
When you serve food, the child must have lived to choose what they want to eat. Why not invite your child to help you cook. For example, by helping to pick fruit or what kind of cuisine will be created.

3. Starting young
Actually, not only children, even adults many are still picking out food. Thus, it is better your children are taught about healthy food choices as a child so that he understood and used. You can start by giving it food choices. If the child refuses a food, do not force them to eat, but try to offer it to taste it first.

4. Do not gift foods
Do not berikah gifts of food to children for their achievements. Because, when used they will tend to make the food as an emotional outlet. Even when they grow up. You can give other gifts in the form of a warm hug, praise, and attention.

5. Make an active child
Limit the activity in front of the television and computer. Automatic, snacking activities would be reduced and they will look for other activities. Also, limit TV viewing time also can deepen relationships and your child through other activities such as chatting and playing together.
